Home to one of the largest commercial fishing fleets on the Oregon Coast, Newport also offers recreational fishing nearly year-round. Salmon and halibut abound off the coast, along with a bounty of crab in the bay and clams on the shore.
These images are a great way to remember your time in Newport Bay.
Newport's beaches are as varied as the city. There’s the unique beauty and sound of Cobble Beach, the secluded dunes of South Beach, the art and history of Nye Beach, and the miles of unspoiled sand at Agate Beach.
The details found in and around the fishing boats provide an endless opportunity for great images. For me, the details and reflections tell the story.
